Dynatrace Platform Subscription (DPS) is a consumption-based licensing model designed for flexibility.
You sign an agreement (typically 1–3 years) with a minimum annual commitment. As your organization uses Dynatrace capabilities, consumption accrues against that commitment based on a rate card that defines the price per unit for each capability. Once your annual commitment is reached, you can continue to use Dynatrace while incurring on-demand usage with no overage premiums.
