Your Upgrade ID identifies your configuration and deployed data via SaaS Upgrade Assistant. To collaborate with others in troubleshooting upgrades, share Upgrade ID values.

Go to SaaS Upgrade Assistant in your SaaS environment.
In the app's Navigate panel on the left, select Advanced.
Copy the current value of your Upgrade ID and save it for possible use later.
If you overwrite or delete the existing Upgrade ID, you'll lose access to your current data. However, doing so doesn't permanently remove the data; just save your current Upgrade ID somewhere so you can easily return to your current data as needed.
In Upgrade ID, paste the value that someone shared with you.
Select Save.
