Create a calendar that's just right for your workflow schedule. Schedule a workflow execution according to the day of the week, import a calendar or set up custom holidays.

Start a new calendar

To start a new calendar

  1. Go to Workflows.
  2. Select Edit Settings > Calendars.
  3. Select Add Calendar.
  4. Select and edit "Untitled calendar" at the top to personalize your new calendar's name.

Set up a business schedule

To set up a business schedule

  1. Set Start week to the first day of the work week.
  2. In Workdays, select the working days during the work week.
  3. Set Start to the first day this calendar is valid.
  4. Set End to the last day this calendar is valid.

Import a national holiday calendar

To import a country-specific public holiday calendar

  1. Under Import holiday calendar, choose a country from Select holiday calendar.
  2. Select Import. The public holidays for the selected country are listed.
  3. If you're finished editing your calendar, select Save calendar.

Create a custom holiday day

To add a custom holiday to your calendar

  1. Under Custom holidays, enter the custom holiday name in Holiday.
  2. Select the starting date in Date.
  3. optional Select Repeat yearly to schedule the holiday every year on the same date between the configured Start and End calendar dates.
  4. Select Add Add. The new entry is added to the list of holidays.
  5. If you're finished editing your calendar, select Save calendar.

Edit an existing calendar

  1. In Workflows, select Edit Settings > Calendars.
  2. In the Calendar column, select the name of the calendar.
  3. Edit your calendar by selecting More actions. You have the option of Repeat yearly, Delete holiday, and Delete recurring holiday.
  4. If you're finished editing your calendar, select Save calendar.

Duplicate a calendar

To duplicate a calendar

  1. In Workflows, select Edit Settings > Calendars.
  2. In the Action column for the calendar you want to duplicate, open the menu More actions and select Duplicate calendar.
  3. Enter the name of the duplicate calendar.
  4. Select Add.

Manage calendar versions

You can display a calendar's version history, compare versions, restore your calendar to a previous version, and save versions as new calendars.

View a calendar's version history

To view a calendar's version history

  1. In Workflows, select Edit Settings > Calendars.
  2. In the Action column for the calendar whose history you want to view, open the menu More actions and select Version history.

The Version history of that calendar is displayed.

From here, you can

  • Compare versions
  • Restore to a selected version
  • Make a copy of a version
  • Show calendar versions as JSON or YAML

Compare a calendar's versions

To compare two versions of a calendar

  1. On the Version history of a calendar, find the version you want to compare to another version.
  2. In the Actions column, open the menu More actions and select Compare. Two columns are displayed, both showing the details of the selected version.
  3. Set one of the columns to a different version. Now the two versions are displayed side by side.
  4. Scroll down to see differences.

Restore an earlier version

  1. On the Version history of a calendar, find the version to which you want to restore your calendar.
  2. At the top of the desired version's column, open the menu More actions and select Refresh Restore.

Show as YAML or JSON

To toggle between showing the calendar versions as JSON or YAML

  1. On the Version history of a calendar, find the version for which you want to change the view (YAML or JSON).
  2. At the top of the desired version's column, open the menu More actions and select Show as YAML or Show as JSON to toggle between the two views.

Make a copy from the version history

To make a copy of a calendar from the version history

  1. On the Version history of a calendar, find the version of which you want to make a copy.
  2. At the top of the desired version's column, open the menu More actions and select Copy to clipboard Make a copy. The copy is created and displayed.
  3. Change the title of the calendar.
  4. Select Save calendar.

Delete a calendar

To delete a calendar

  1. Go to Calendars and find the calendar.
  2. In the Actions column, open the menu More actions and select Delete calendar.
  3. Select Delete to confirm the deletion.
