    Resolved issues

    General Availability (Build 1.262.154)

The 1.262 GA release contains 35 resolved issues (including 1 vulnerability resolution).

    Application Security

    • On the "Third-party vulnerabilities" page, added maximum length validation for the "Snyk/CVE ID" and "Tag" filters to prevent a Bad Request error page when input is longer than 48 characters. (RSA-8496)
    • Fixed an issue where the security problem does not have a management zone and the user selects a management zone which is not affected by security problem it will show the error page, which is stating that the security problem cannot be displayed. (RSA-8397)
    • Fixed an issue where the font size on the CLV page for muted vulnerabilities is too large. (RSA-8340)

    Autonomous Cloud

    • Fixed an issue where the link to the 'Access tokens' page at "Monitor Kubernetes / Openshift" wizard was malfunctioning. (K8S-4850)
    • The "Monitor Kubernetes / OpenShift" deployment page now references the newly released Dynatrace Operator v0.10.3. (K8S-5162)

    Cluster

    • Severity of logs "ActiveGate not found" and "failed to assign config to ActiveGate" changed from "Warning" to "Error". (EXT-3710)
    • Users can now search for logs containing tabulations. (LOG-2280)
    • Fixed an issue with missing metrics, such as Time in GC, Gen 0, and Gen 1 for their .net process. (TI-4875)
    • Dashboard markdown links that pointed to other dashboards and referenced "gtf=defaultTimeframe;gf=deafultManagementZone" are migrated to the new default params. (EXA-5364)
    • Fixed an issue where LQL queries containing entity selectors performed in log viewer or other dashboards with logs could fail in the case of big enough monitored environments. Now they will complete successfully with results of a single entity selector limited to 10000 entities. (LOG-2476)
    • Corrected 403 error related to IAM permissions that occurred when creating a calculated service metric via multidimensional analysis. (TI-5097)
    • Fixed broken log query link in events card. (DAVIS-3504)
    • In the problem alerting profile evaluation summary, disabled event title and description filters are now correctly reflected in the evaluation summary. (DAVIS-3438)
    • User action and session properties added via the JavaScript API and declared public in the API call now overrule the doNotTrack mode. (RUM-9168)
    • Fixed issue that prevented users without global "Change monitoring settings" permissions from accessing the "OneAgent updates" settings on individual hosts. (PS-6915)
    • Fixed Webhook notifications so they can now be disabled also when a local webhook URL is not reachable anymore (Managed case only). (DAVIS-3462)
    • Logs list Expand Row column will no longer be displayed when rows cannot be expanded. (LOG-2453)
    • Service detection rules support the override of URL context roots with a constant value for service detection. This enables having all web-based services merged to a single service if they differ only by the URL context root. (TI-5536)
    • UX score percentages are now consistent between buttons and charts. (RUM-9294)
    • Fixed a problem where the RUM enablement setting on process group level was ignored, leading to unintentional enabling or disabling of RUM for certain process groups. (RUM-9579)
    • Problems v2 and Events v2 APIs now use 413 instead of 403 as the HTTP error code if too much data is queried. (DAVIS-3534)
    • Kubernetes list page filter suggestion limit has been increased to 1,000. (TI-5137)
    • Resolved issue that caused anomaly detection settings for device application key user actions to be ignored if the device application's load was dropped completely. (DAVIS-3419)
    • Fixed an issue where, non-breaking space characters at the beginning or end of an LQL query would break the Log Monitoring Classic Log viewer when querying for logs. Now, non-breaking space characters are treated like regular space characters, allowing for completing the query for logs. (LOG-2529)
    • Fixed a rare case where event reports could get lost during server upgrades. (DAVIS-3315)

    Synthetic monitoring

    • Fixed an issue with possibly non-existent and wrong configured public synthetic locations are displayed. (SYNTH-3885)
    • Fixed triggering of synthetic monitors for private locations in on-demand mode. (SYNTH-4452)

    cluster-config

    • Fixed a timing issue that led to monitoring rules for third-party vulnerabilities not being evaluated correctly in some cases. (RSA-8371)

    entity query

    • Fixed an issue where the incorrect technology icon for the Spring service was assigned. (CLUSTER-4497)

    es query

    • Increased a timeout for refreshing TenantStatistics to prevent Elasticsearch queries for larger environments from running into timeouts. (CLUSTER-5136)

    managed

    • Vulnerability: Query parameters for "access forbidden" pages are now validated. (CLD-4697)
    • Improved error handling when changing the license key multiple times in quick succession. (CLD-5048)

    metric query

    • Fixed remainder filter criteria in metric selector not working for some metrics. (CLUSTER-5186)
    • Fixed result containing empty series for counter metrics in some cases. (CLUSTER-4381)

    oda

    • Improved memory impact of user permission check for on-demand analysis. (CLUSTER-5013)

    Component
    Resolved issues

    Synthetic monitoring

    • Corrected behavior of on-demand execution with  the following conditions fulfilled: (1) On demand run, (2) Monitor failing, and (3) Monitor rerun flag set. This fix corrects the conditions for rerun: it should not be performed for on-demand executions. (SYNTH-4458)
