Rocky Linux 8 (uses the same Chromium package as Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8).
-
Rocky Linux 9 (uses the same Chromium package as Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9).
Syslog ingestion
Infrastructure Observability | Logs
Syslog, short for system logging protocol, is a logging mechanism that enables system administrators to oversee and control log files from various system components, such as network devices, Linux host syslog, syslog servers, or other syslog producers.
Starting with version 1.293, you can use your Environment ActiveGate on Linux to collect syslog logs in your network and ingest them to Dynatrace.
This is a preview release. Your current configuration is fully compatible with future versions, but you can expect higher resiliency to traffic spikes and better handling of connection disruptions when the feature becomes generally available.
For more information, see Syslog ingestion with ActiveGate.
Chromium support for private Synthetic locations
Digital Experience | Synthetic Monitoring
Chromium 125 is the latest supported version for Synthetic-enabled ActiveGate installed on:
- Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04.
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, 9.
- CentOS 7.
- Amazon Linux 2.
- Oracle Linux 8.

ActiveGate
- The garbage collection time metric is now reported correctly. (DMX-7366)
Metrics ingest
- Fixed a bug in the custom metrics ingest API on the ActiveGate that incorrectly rejected gauge data points with negative values. (GRAIL-27878)
