New features and enhancements
Kubernetes kube state metrics enrichment
Infrastructure Observability | Kubernetes
All kube state metrics with namespace label are now eligible to be enriched with that namespace.
Chromium support for private Synthetic locations
Digital Experience | Synthetic Monitoring
Chromium 122 is the latest supported version for Synthetic-enabled ActiveGate installed on:
- Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04.
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, and 9.
- CentOS 7.
- Amazon Linux 2.
- Oracle Linux 8.8.
Chromium 122 is bundled with the Windows ActiveGate installer.
For more information on supported and provided Chromium versions, see Requirements for private Synthetic locations and Create a private Synthetic location.
Updated Synthetic installer to use JRE 17.0.10
Digital Experience | Synthetic Monitoring
To take advantage of recent performance improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes, we've upgraded JRE to JRE 17.0.10.
SNMP datasource reports empty-value indexed dimensions
Infrastructure Monitoring | SNMP
The SNMP datasource, instead of dropping empty-value indexed dimensions, now reports them with an n/a
value similar to scalar dimensions, allowing filtering metrics by empty dimensions.
Installing or updating ActiveGate on Linux
Platform | ActiveGate
Because support for all Linux distributions without systemd has been discontinued, installing or updating ActiveGate on a Linux distribution without systemd is now blocked.
