Chromium support for private Synthetic locations

Chromium 108 is the latest supported version for Synthetic-enabled ActiveGate installed on:

  • Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04, and 22.04
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 and 8
  • CentOS 7
  • Amazon Linux 2

Chromium 108 is bundled with the Windows ActiveGate installer.

    • Vulnerability: The SnakeYAML library has been updated in response to CVE-2022-38752 and CVE-2022-41854. (DMX-2695)
    • Vulnerability: Resolved issue in ActiveGate where under certain circumstances extension configuration properties are written to ActiveGate log files. (EXT-3690)

    Resolved vulnerability

    Resolved issue in ActiveGate where extension configuration properties may be written to ActiveGate log files.

    The fix is provided with the ActiveGate Extensions module version 1.259.369.20230308-123910. To check the version of the Extensions module:

    1. Go to Deployment Status > ActiveGates.
    2. Select an ActiveGate.
    3. Check the Extensions version in the Versions section of the ActiveGate deployment overview.
