Built-in Alerts table card listing Davis health alerts for the current entity

A built-in card showing a table of Davis health alerts for the current entity. The configuration is minimal, as the alert source and columns are fixed at runtime based on health configuration. The table covers all alert markers: Critical, Warning, Closed, and also Maintenance windows.
