Dynatrace Cloud Automation version 248.1.0 improves the user experience for launching an automation/orchestration sequence by triggering it via the Cloud Automation web UI and supports connecting a Git upstream repository using SSH.
New features and enhancements
Support of the Git upstream repository via SSH/HTTPS
You can configure a Git upstream repository for an orchestration project using SSH and a private key.
Sequence triggers from the Cloud Automation web UI
You can trigger an automation/orchestration sequence from the Cloud Automation web UI. This is supported by a default form with a timeframe selection for release validation.
Performance optimizations
There are multiple performance improvements for Cloud Automation on the backend and frontend.
Breaking changes
Parsing errors of Dynatrace dashboard Markdown tiles for release validation causes the validation to fail.
Security problems are no longer considered when evaluating a Dynatrace dashboard Problems tile.
