  • Deployment support and best practices for all Digital Experience Monitoring and Business Analytics modules.
  • Synthetic support (if applicable), including scripting support, scripting best practices, and full migration services from legacy tools.

Advanced analytics and extended use cases

Advanced analytics are provided in various ways (via Insights dashboards, Insights apps, and more) based on your deployment model and preference. These advanced analytics can be deployed to focus on multiple use cases, such as performance optimization, business analytics, and operational investigation. For each of these use cases, the goal is to help you understand where you need to focus to optimize your user experience and business outcomes.

Optimization and root cause recommendations

  • The Insights team can provide analysis and detailed recommendations for improvements in multiple ways, tailored to your needs and workflow, such as ad hoc analysis or larger monthly analysis reporting.
  • Triage of Digital Experience Monitoring issues (such as errors, performance spikes, changes in session volume) can also be provided as applicable.

This offering is delivered with a mix of technology (Insights dashboards, Insights analytics, Insights applications) and expert Dynatrace resources. The engagement model scale is based on your focus and use of the Digital Experience Monitoring capabilities, as measured by consumption.
