For a complete list of supported Grail metrics as they relate to Metrics Classic, see the tables in Built-in Metrics on Grail, where you can compare the Metric key (Grail) and Metric key (Classic) columns. Several widely used metrics are already available on Grail, including service and cloud metrics. Other metrics are planned but not yet available.

When upgrading from Metrics Classic to Grail, start with the automatic metric selector converter. Several queries can be upgraded in one step using this tool.

Some of the most used metrics underwent significant usability improvements, making use of Grail's unique strengths to make metrics easier to use. For example, over 100 service metrics have been consolidated to just a handful. See the upgrade guides linked below for details.
