Cleanup data

To create cleanup requests with Privacy Rights Privacy Rights, you need to:

  1. Open Privacy Rights Privacy Rights.

  2. Select Request cleanup on the Cleanup data card.

  3. In the Grail search scope section, specify start and end date in the Timeframe dropdown.

  4. Choose Log bucket scope. You can select All log buckets or Selected log buckets. If you select the second option, a dropdown will appear. In the dropdown, check the desired log buckets.

  5. In the Request details section, fill in the following:

    • Reference
    • Reviewer
    • Due date

  6. Select Next .

  7. Provide a DQL query to preview your request.

  8. Select Create request to save your request.
