Get environment settings in Dynatrace with the Platform Management API for the current environment, including the settings configured for it.

You provide no parameters, and the operation returns the settings for the current environment. Use it to retrieve environment settings from Dynatrace through the Platform Management API.
To execute this request, you need a platform token or OAuth access token with one of the following scopes:
