Get basic environment information in Dynatrace with the Platform Management API, including details about the current environment.

You provide no parameters, and the operation returns basic information about the current environment. Use it to retrieve the environment info that Dynatrace exposes through the Platform Management API.
To execute this request, you need a platform token or OAuth access token with one of the following scopes:
