Delete an ActiveGate token from your Dynatrace environment by its ID with the Fleet Management API, for example when you rotate or revoke access.
| DELETE | SaaS | https://{your-environment-id}.apps.dynatrace.com/v1/activegate/tokens/{id} |
You use the id path parameter, the token identifier made of its prefix and public part, to delete one ActiveGate token. A 204 response without a body confirms the deletion, and ActiveGates can no longer use the token. Typical usage is revoking a token that is no longer needed or was exposed, after you created a replacement.
To execute this request, you need a platform token or OAuth access token with fleet-management:activegate.tokens:write scope. To learn how to obtain and use it, see Tokens and authentication.
