Activate the environment configuration for an Extension 2.0 in Dynatrace with the Extensions 2.0 API using the extension name and version.
| POST | SaaS | https://{your-environment-id}.apps.dynatrace.com/platform/extensions/v2/extensions/{extension-name}/environment-configuration |
You provide the extension-name path parameter and a version field in the request body to activate that environment configuration. The operation returns a 200 response and is idempotent if the requested version is already active.
To execute this request, you need a platform token or OAuth access token with extensions:definitions:write scope. To learn how to obtain and use it, see Tokens and authentication.
