List available skills in Dynatrace with the Davis CoPilot API, returning the skills you can use based on tenant enablement and token scopes.

Overview

You use this operation to list all available skills in the Davis CoPilot API. The response returns the skills available to you, and availability depends on whether Davis CoPilot is enabled for your tenant and whether your token has the required scopes.
