Ready-made alerts category update (builtin:anomaly.detection.alerts-category-update)

Dynatrace has updated the classification for certain alerts to better reflect their impact. Control whether to adopt these changes or keep the original behavior. For a complete list of affected alerts and more details, refer to the documentation.
