Define minimal privileges

To define minimal privileges for your Azure app registration, you need to

  1. Define which Azure resources you want to manage with the Microsoft Azure actions in Workflows Workflows.
  2. Define which Microsoft Azure actions you want to use on those resources.
  3. Create an app registration and assign only the permissions you need.

Define different roles for different user groups

We recommend creating separate app registrations if you want different user groups to manage different Azure resources using Microsoft Azure Connector.
