Availability reports

Deprecation notice

The Availability and Service quality reports are now deprecated and will be phased out.

  • If you currently use these reports, you will continue to have access to them and receive subscriptions until a date as yet to be determined.
  • New customers do not have access to these reports and cannot subscribe to them.

When you first set up your monitor, reports are available after the first weekly run (generated on Mondays after 00:00 or 12:00 AM).

View reports

To view reports

  1. Go to Reports.
Reports are sorted by date, with the most recent report appearing first.
  2. To view details, select any report you're interested in.

If you're unsure whether you've already viewed a report for a given week, select the Unread filter to display all unread reports.

An availability report gives you a quick overview of availability for the selected site based on Synthetic Monitoring from the locations you selected.

  • Percent availability
  • Performance (in seconds)
  • Number of outages
  • Total downtime
  • Number of synthetic monitors run
  • Slowest locations
  • Slowest day
  • Number of performance violations
