The Availability and Service quality reports are now deprecated and will be phased out.
When you first set up your monitor, reports are available after the first weekly run (generated on Mondays after 00:00 or 12:00 AM).
To view reports
If you're unsure whether you've already viewed a report for a given week, select the Unread filter to display all unread reports.
An availability report gives you a quick overview of availability for the selected site based on Synthetic Monitoring from the locations you selected.
To schedule availability reports, create a browser monitor.
This section of the report displays, by geolocation, detected outages and instances of slow performance during the week. A world map displays the locations and indicates the best- and worst-performing locations.
This section of the report visualizes availability and performance trends over time.
If the report is available for other reporting periods, you can select a different reporting period from the menus at the top of the report.
To subscribe to emailed reports
You can share reports with anyone, with no need to sign in to Dynatrace. When you share a report with non-Dynatrace users, they receive a message with a private link that allows them to view the report without logging into Dynatrace.
